B. Dedicated double-layer extrusion die , specific design and manufacture of flow channels, the internal distribution of a unique flow channel, dual-channel feeding, die built-in heating rods.

C. unique molding device and has a synchronous composite function, composite non-woven, plastic board or sheet. Equipped with a mobile crane, easy to move the Composite die and Molding equipment.

D. Double-roller traction machine, equipped with coding meter device

E. Production line adopt PLC touch screen operation, set all the parameters of speed, temperature, pressure, screw speed and other parameters, automatic memory technical parameters, easy operation, stable operation.

 

• Scope of application:

Products are suitable for decoration, such as the courtyard lawn, bay window, balcony decoration,doormat and so on. Beautiful appearance, environmental protection, easy maintenance, not easy to deformation.
